		<description>I love turkey better than beef or even fish.  Maybe that is why I am so keen on Thanksgiving.  You have some beautiful pictures there of some great cuts.  Thanks for sharing.  Everyone should have food like this stored away.</description>

		<description>I put the fillets with wax paper between them into a plastic freezer bag. The next morning I take them out and remove the wax paper, you could just leave them like they are though.</description>

Should we also cover the breast not only with the wax paper on top and bottom but also then wrap it so it doesn&#039;t get freezer burn or taste even if it is for overnight?</description>
